Mark Actions as Completed
| 1. | Select the action in the relevant screen. |
| 2. | Click the Complete button to the right of the selection grid. The Status will be set to Completed. If you have more than one "Completed" status, the Set Completion Status dialog will appear. Select the correct status and click OK. Remember that you defined your Action Statuses earlier in the setup process. Refer to Chapter 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 2: Status Codes to review how you set up Action Status Codes. |

| 3. | Under the Completion tab of the Action [Edit] window, the Percentage will be set to 100, the Completed By field will be filled with the user completing the action, and the Date/Time will be set to the current date and time. |
| 4. | If you want to set the Completion settings to something different than what automatically entered, click the Edit button to the right of the selection grid. |
| 5. | While in the Action [Edit] window, change the Status and Completion fields as required, and click Save. |
