Edit, View or Delete Reservation
1.
Click the Accommodations button or find the related event in the Event Maintenance screen and click the Accommodations tab.

Find the reservation in the Single Reservation view or click to highlight the reservation in the Reservation List view.
Remember that if accommodation Reservations are linked to events, you need to have viewing rights to at least one location in the linked events in order to view those Accommodations Reservations; review Chapter 1: Setting Up EventPro, Step 10: User Rights, Creating User Right Groups: Location Rights.

Click the Edit, View or Delete button in the upper right section of the screen. If you need further instructions, refer to Introduction: Common Functions, Edit, View and Delete.

NOTE about Editing: You can only make changes in the General and/or Billing Info tabs. You cannot make any changes in the Summary tab.

NOTE about Deleting: Deleting a reservation will delete all items under the reservation. If one or more of the rooms in a reservation has already been invoiced, you will not be able to delete the reservation.
