Edit, View and Delete Room Rates

| 1. | Select Setup | Accommodations | Room Group Rates from EventPro’s main menu. |
| 2. | Select the appropriate Room Group in the top selection grid. |
| 3. | Select the effective date from the Effective Date drop-down list between the two selection grids. |
| 4. | In the bottom selection grid, click to highlight the Rate Code you want to Edit, View or Delete. |
| 5. | Click the Edit, View or Delete button. If you need further assistance, refer to Introduction: Common Functions, Edit, View and Delete. |
NOTE about Editing Note that these new room rates will only apply to rooms reserved after the date you have made your changes. Room rates for previously reserved rooms will not change, unless you click the Update button next to the Effective Date field. A Warning dialog box will appear, informing you that this action will change all accommodation prices in the selected effective date period. If you want to continue with the price update, click OK.

CAUTION about Deleting Instead of deleting a Room Rate altogether, it is recommended that you make the Rate “unavailable”. This will retain a record of the Rate, while making it unavailable for use. Follow the instructions to Edit a Rate, above. In the Accommodation Rate Code [Edit] window, click on the Rate Tab and uncheck the Available checkbox. The rate code row will be highlighted in red.
