Because EPWeb 4.0 is a completely new environment, it is strongly recommended that when you install it, you should set it up to run alongside the old EPWeb for a trial period. This will allow your staff to further familiarize themselves with the new interface while still providing the old EPWeb for your clients to continue using until your staff are comfortable with the new EPWeb.

For example, one change that may affect you is that web enquiries, previously known as requests, are no longer accessible through the File menu inside EventPro when using EPWeb 4.0.
